Membership System Screen Shots

The R2sports membership software helps an organization manage its users.

Groups can be created and users linked to specific groups. An administrator can use the email generator tool to communicate with all the users in a group. Users can join or renew their membership online by making selections from the shopping cart. Approved directors can also pay their sanctioning fees through the membership website.

All payment transactions are recorded in the activity history and reports can be generated for each user. Easily update user data and search user records. Generate reports and export them to excel or an access database.

Membership Database Summary

The membership database summary page will show all the different membership categories that are linked to your organization. The total memberships within each category are listed in blue.

The website membership types are listed in orange to the right of each category. For each type, it will show the number of current members, and all members including those that have expired membership dates.

Break down the membership data even further by clicking on the link to view memberships by country and state. This link sub groups each membership type by state / province to make it easy to see which states have more or less activity.
