The R2sports membership software helps an organization manage its users.

Groups can be created and users linked to specific groups. An administrator can use the email generator tool to communicate with all the users in a group. Users can join or renew their membership online by making selections from the shopping cart. Approved directors can also pay their sanctioning fees through the membership website.

All payment transactions are recorded in the activity history and reports can be generated for each user. Easily update user data and search user records. Generate reports and export them to excel or an access database.

Membership Site Activity History


Every time data is saved or a transaction is made on the membership site, an activity history record is recorded in the online member management system.

User has ability to search activity history by: activity type, date and time range, user’s first and last name, or user ID. Also search membership site orders by order ID, tournament ID, division or combined division ID, and by the name of the person that made the modification.

In the membership site activity history report results, icons next to each line allow the user to modify the profile information, view payment details, or view the user’s profile. Each column header is linked and when clicked on orders the report by that column.

Clicking on the linked words within the report filters the activity history down further relevant to what is clicked on.

Number of displayed records is indicated and a sub grouping option is available to group activities together in the report.
