The R2sports membership software helps an organization manage its users.

Groups can be created and users linked to specific groups. An administrator can use the email generator tool to communicate with all the users in a group. Users can join or renew their membership online by making selections from the shopping cart. Approved directors can also pay their sanctioning fees through the membership website.

All payment transactions are recorded in the activity history and reports can be generated for each user. Easily update user data and search user records. Generate reports and export them to excel or an access database.

Sanction Event Online

Directors can sanction an event online through the website shopping cart similar to how a user purchases a membership on the member site. A director must first become an approved director before they are able to request an event sanctioning.

Different event types available for purchase will be listed. Availability includes: tournament, leagues and seasons, camp registration, elections, and events. An icon can be uploaded for each event type along with a short description. After a selection is made, they will be taken to the page to purchase the online event where they will request specific dates and the location.

The approval process will be started at that point and the state commissioner or administrator will have the ability approve the dates. Once approved, the membership management email system will send a notification the director so they can continue with the sanctioning process and make a payment.

The last step to sanctioning an event online is to activate events software by filling out the basic information like name and dates.
