Tournament Software Screenshots

View screen shots for tournament setup, registered participants, brackets, match times and final results. The R2sports league application has the same features as the tournament software.

The R2sports software tournament application and league manager tool are online web applications that are easy to use. Save hours of time creating draws and setting game times. No need to download and install anything on your computer. Use the software on any pc or smart phone with internet access. Multiple directors can be logged in at the same time. Players and fans can enter and get all of the tourney info from one website.

Tournament Scheduler

The tournament scheduler section is where the director can control all the scheduled times in the event. The links on the left side have the following features:
• View and schedule matches in groups
• View all participant times if the player continues to win
• Reset Match Times
• Set match times automatically for tournaments with single elimination brackets and round robin tournament brackets
• View participant time conflicts when participants register online
• View division match times by round

On the right side of the screen, graphs of the tournament occupancy status are displayed. At the top it will show the total venue capacity with all days and venues included. It calculates this by taking then number of games needed divided by the total games possible which is set on the tournament manager options page.


For each venue at the tournament, it will list the occupancy of each day. When a specific day goes above 80% capacity, the color in the bar chart will change to yellow. If occupancy goes over 100% it will change to red to warn you that you either have to overbook at certain times if you are expecting a few forfeits or quicker games, or extend your time available in the setup tournament template section.

Icons next to each day allow the director to do the following:
• View the tournament planner time grid
• Set times using the time grid
• Print the tournament schedule of game times.
