Tournament Scheduling Software

The view and set times page is another way for the director to set times for tournament draws using the R2sports tournament scheduling software.

At the top of the page, it will give you the total number of matches needed to schedule in the tournament. Below that you can filter for all matches, scheduled matches only, or matches not yet scheduled.

On the tournament scheduling software page, Each new division is highlighted in yellow and the division name is linked to view the bracket. Underneath that is lists additional division info like number of rounds, number of competitors, total division matches, number scheduled and number not yet scheduled.

Each match within the division is listed and each round is grouped in the same color, either gray or light blue. If a participant has a time conflict, it will be listed next to their name. Each match also has a check box next to it. Check as many matches as desired, then click the set times link next to one of the check boxes to schedule a time for that match.

Once the times have been set, the tournament planner grid will be updated with the new schedule automatically.


This page is a great check after manually scheduling all the matches to ensure that there are no more unscheduled matches in the list. The tournament scheduling software is also very useful in setting matches after the first two rounds in the draw, after the player’s personal time conflicts have already been dealt with.
