Refund Policy
Account Holder acknowledges and agrees that R2 Sports - R2 System Enterprises is relying on the validity of the check and credit card being presented to complete your transaction. Account Holder must indicate acceptance to the following terms and conditions by checking the terms and conditions agreement box before clicking Submit Payment.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Any provision of payment information is the responsibility of the account holder and R2 Sports - R2 Enterprises will be held harmless in all respects. Account Holder understands they have a fiduciary duty to safeguard any payment cards registered to them in a secure place and report misplaced or stolen checks immediately and agrees to reimburse R2 Sports - R2 System Enterprises for any checks and credit cards offered as payment that have not been reported as lost or stolen to their financial institution. Account Holder acknowledges and understands that R2 Sports - R2 System Enterprises is relying on the veracity of all payment information being provided and that authorization from the merchant company constitutes full and final proof of the liability of the account holder for all financial obligations. Account Holder agrees to pursue all avenues with the R2 Sports - R2 System Enterprises to resolve any and all claims through the refund policies of R2 Sports - R2 System Enterprises and in the event of the policy stating that NO REFUNDS will be given; account holder relinquishes all rights to claim any full or partial refund amount. Account Holder agrees to immediately reimburse R2 Sports - R2 Enterprises for any financial loss and all costs incurred in recovery of any amounts upon notification by R2 Sports - R2 System Enterprises in the event of account holder registering any chargeback to which they are not entitled. Account Holder understands that R2 Sports - R2 System Enterprises is utilizing reasonable security measures to validate all transactions and that authorization of these transactions by the financial institution upon processing any transaction constitutes final proof of liability.
