Adjudicators are pipers, drummers, or drum majors residing within the Western United States who become eligible to judge WUSPBA events upon recommendation by the Music Board and approval by the Executive Committee. Adjudicators are not required to pay an additional soloist membership fee.
$25 Membership and $2 processing fee. $10.00 late fee added after Jan. 15th.
