Listings of Tourney Brackets

The divisions and draws page shows a listing of all the tourney brackets in the event. Many events break-up competitors into different divisions based on skill level, age, gender, belt and / or weight. Other events may only have one tourney bracket that everyone can enter.

The top of the tourney brackets page has event division filter options. In cases where the event has hundreds of divisions, use the filter option to narrow down what id displayed on the page.

The tourney brackets page lists the following info for each division in the event: Division name, draw type, short division code, number of entries, number of rounds required to complete bracket, number of matches / games, and num of conflicting divisions.<br>

Number of Conflicting divisions is also shown. A conflicting division is another division a player in also registered in, for example, Men’s A Singles and Men’s A Doubles. When setting times for tournament draws, avoid setting conflicting division matches at the same time. It also has a YES or NO indicating if all participants are seeded into the draw and if all times have been set.

Each division also has icons next to it that related specifically with that tourney bracket. Available options:
1) Update game results
2) Division options where the director formats the tourney bracket and converts to different draw types
3) View all division entrants
4) Assign Participant to New division using by splitting divisions.
5) Create and modify draws using the Edit on Tournament Bracket system
6) Create and modify draws using the bracket maker edit draw by seeding system
7) View the match history for the division
8) Create reports for all the games using the match report.
6) Print the bracket formats by checking the boxes next to a specific division and clicking a print icon.
7) View the bracet

Some of the column headers of the tourney brackets listings are linked and when clicked will order the divisions by that column. This can be helpful with tournament tasks, like arranging the divisions by number of entrants in order to see if any divisions are too small by themselves and need to be combined into another division.

A custom order may also be created by the tournament manager to list the tourney brackets in a specific sequence. Sometimes a pro division is desired to be listed at the top of the division list so it will be easier for fans to find.
