Membership System Screen Shots

The R2sports membership software helps an organization manage its users.

Groups can be created and users linked to specific groups. An administrator can use the email generator tool to communicate with all the users in a group. Users can join or renew their membership online by making selections from the shopping cart. Approved directors can also pay their sanctioning fees through the membership website.

All payment transactions are recorded in the activity history and reports can be generated for each user. Easily update user data and search user records. Generate reports and export them to excel or an access database.

Membership Administration

Edit settings for membership types on the membership administration page. To get to the setting page, click the edit icon next to a record on the website membership types listing.

Deactivate the membership type by selecting No next to activate. Type in the name of the membership and select a category to relate the membership to. Some memberships allow participation into an event, and others may not. Select Yes for event participation if it allows event participation.

Upload an icon for the membership type so when users are making selections on the member site, they can identify the membership type with an icon.

Set the price of the membership. The membership online processing fee that is set in the membership manager setup will be added to this price during the check-out process.

The term of the membership can be set over a period of time like years or months, or it can have a specific expiration date where it expires no matter which date it is purchased. For term memberships purchased in the middle of the month, there is an option to set the expiration date to the beginning of the month instead of expiring on a day in the middle of a month.

If the membership type is meant only to be an introductory membership and then a full membership has to be purchased for renewal, select the purchase option choice: 1 time online. Enter a stop offering date if you want to automatically deactivate it on a certain date so users can no longer purchase it.

Enter a short and full description for the membership that the user will be able to see before making the purchase. This can show them the benefits they receive for the membership and other important information.

Junior or adult memberships can be restricted to users that are of a certain age. Set a minimum age for that age and above, and set a maximum age for that age user and below.

Some national membership types need a way to give a rebate back to a director or sub organization when a user makes a purchase. Set the rebate amount if applicable. If certain terms must be met after an event has been completed, like reporting rankings or having all event participants current, enter the number of days for rebate compliance.

Set the login starting page for users with this membership type. Usually this should be left on the membership home page, but can be changed if needed. Add a waiver for the membership type if necessary.

Link a member system group to users who have the membership type. That way when a player joins they will automatically be added to a specific group, and you can assign an administrator to that group who can communicate by emailing through the membership program
