Tournament Director Home Page

After logging into the R2sports tournament software, the tournament director will start on the tournament director home page. This starting page will display basic information to the tournament director, like the name of the tournament, dates, and location.

If the tournament director has uploaded a tournament logo, it will also be displayed on the tournament director home page.

Current tournament registration information is also available. The tournament director can view the total number of registered participants in the event. It calculates the number of matches needed to be scheduled based on total division entries, and graphs the total venue capacity. This is useful to know to help you determine when to stop accepting more entries due to limited facility time.


A link to the registration website is listed on the tournament director home page. Tournament directors should put this link on their existing websites, and use it when advertising the tournament through email or printing.

The total number of website visitors is also displayed so the tournament director can get an idea of how much traffic is generated through the tournament website. This information is useful to sponsors and so they can determine their cost per user.
