The R2sports membership software helps an organization manage its users.

Groups can be created and users linked to specific groups. An administrator can use the email generator tool to communicate with all the users in a group. Users can join or renew their membership online by making selections from the shopping cart. Approved directors can also pay their sanctioning fees through the membership website.

All payment transactions are recorded in the activity history and reports can be generated for each user. Easily update user data and search user records. Generate reports and export them to excel or an access database.

Member Management


System administrators with a higher member website access level can use the functions on the member management page.

The same filter and reporting options that are available on the member database search page are also on the member management page with the following additional fields to modify: The user’s membership number, issued date, expiration date, amount paid, card sent date, member comments, sent shirt, created by user and date, and modified by user and date.

To switch to a different membership type on the member management page, select another type from the dropdown menu. Click the view all users in the membership type link if you want to list everyone linked to the membership type.

Add a new user to the type by clicking the add user link and searching for the person to add. Click the check box in the selected column next to their name, then click save.


Most of the column headers in the report are linked and when click on will re-order the report by that column data. Print the report by clicking the print icon. The search filter options will not show up on the printed sheet.
