The R2sports membership software helps an organization manage its users.

Groups can be created and users linked to specific groups. An administrator can use the email generator tool to communicate with all the users in a group. Users can join or renew their membership online by making selections from the shopping cart. Approved directors can also pay their sanctioning fees through the membership website.

All payment transactions are recorded in the activity history and reports can be generated for each user. Easily update user data and search user records. Generate reports and export them to excel or an access database.

Membership Manager Setup


The membership manager setup controls all of the general settings in the system. Upload your association’s logo, and edit the organization’s info including the name and a link to the main website.

Different contact information can be used if your organization has different staff members in charge of different departments. The person in charge of the sanction event online process can add their name, email and phone contact information. The accountant can have their name email and phone number associated with credit card transactions. The membership coordinator can also have a different name, email and phone.

Set additional online processing fees for membership renewals, and set additional membership batch fees for when event directors use the management member multi-renewal feature to renew multiple people at the same time. Also set any additional price paid by a director to sanction an event. This price is charged in addition to the sanctioning fee.
