The R2sports membership software helps an organization manage its users.

Groups can be created and users linked to specific groups. An administrator can use the email generator tool to communicate with all the users in a group. Users can join or renew their membership online by making selections from the shopping cart. Approved directors can also pay their sanctioning fees through the membership website.

All payment transactions are recorded in the activity history and reports can be generated for each user. Easily update user data and search user records. Generate reports and export them to excel or an access database.

Edit Software Member Groups


From the members system groups listings page, click the edit icon next to a record to edit a specific software membership group.

Turn off the group by selecting NO for active. Link a group type by selecting one of the available types of groups in the dropdown menu. Then give the group a name and an abbreviation if applicable.

The description of the group can be up to a thousand characters long and should let the users know what the group is for or who is meant to be in the software member group.

Decide if the group is restricted to only administrators adding players to a group along with certain actions, like purchasing a membership, or if the group is open where a user can add himself to a group if they want to receive communications from the email database with other users in that group.

If the software member group is associated with a country or state / province, make the selections in the dropdown.

Associate the group to a parent group if relevant, and link the group to a membership if you want the user to automatically be added to the group after purchasing a membership on the member site.

Enter other basic information for the software member group like the group website, email, city , zip, phone and fax.
