The R2sports membership software helps an organization manage its users.

Groups can be created and users linked to specific groups. An administrator can use the email generator tool to communicate with all the users in a group. Users can join or renew their membership online by making selections from the shopping cart. Approved directors can also pay their sanctioning fees through the membership website.

All payment transactions are recorded in the activity history and reports can be generated for each user. Easily update user data and search user records. Generate reports and export them to excel or an access database.

Modify Group Software members


When modifying group software members, the same filters and reporting options that are on the member database search page are also available when managing users in a group.

Remove someone from the group by unchecking the check-box in the selected column. Make someone a group administrator by clicking the box in the group admin column, then give them a group expiration date if necessary. After selections are made, click the save icon to complete the process.

Also listed next to each user in the group is the person who originally added the user to the group along with the date created. In addition, the last person who modified the user’s group settings and the date that it took place is also displayed. Each modification is tracked in the membership site activity history so all actions are accounted for.

To add a new user to the group, click the add user to group icon and search for the person to link to the group.
